Summary Follicle-stimulating hormone is a glycoprotein hormone secreted by anterior pituitary, which can enter into blood through blood circulation. In case of males, it plays the role of promoting maturation of testis convoluted tubule orchiotomy and spermatogenesis. In case of females, FSJ plays the role of promoting follicular development and maturation, promoting mature follicles’ secretion of estrogen and ovulation with luteinizing hormone (LH), and involving in normal menstruation.Intend Use This kit is applicable to in vitro qualitative detection of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in human urine sample, which’s mainly used for auxiliary diagnosis of occurrence of menopause. This kit only provides follicle-stimulating hormone test results, and results obtained shall be used in combination with other clinical information for analysis. It must only be used by healthcare professionals.
